Integration of ValueGo traceability solution in F2F

The company traceability system, based on the ValueGo® platform by Penelope SpA, acquires data at each step of processing chain. Information is then integrated to provide the specifications of the product and this sort of identity card integrate the label information required by law, and is the document issued to the consumer that "certify" the quality of the product, its origin and the conditions under which it was produced.

The identity card, in case of Fior di Latte di Napoli, will show information on: the breeding of dairy origin and date of milking collected by Agrinatura, milk quality, cow diet, milk transfer date from cattle to dairy, manufacturing and packaging date, quality of the final product.

In addition to this, will be monitored continuously, other elements such as: analysis of the profile of sanitation, selection of the microflora endogenous pro-dairy milk; study of the microbial population in the course of production which can permit verification of the milk product according to the conditions in which has been "worked".

As a result, the continuous genetic and cytogenetic monitoring of these microorganisms, performed by University of Naples Federico II - DISCIZIA, represents a kind of dashboard control the conditions under which livestock is kept, the animals are fed and milked and the milk is kept. The consumer may know the identity card of the Fior di Latte they are buying, and indirectly that of the territory of origin, using their mobile phones, because the package will report a type code that Qr-Code can be easily read through the "app" for smartphones available for free.
