Santer Reply is working at integrating the project Bovlac in the F2F Food Information System in collaboration with Penelope Spa.
The project Bovlac, originally born to characterize the quality of a dairy product, has as ultimate goal not only to witness the steps of the product from the cattle to the consumer, but to demonstrate with specific data and information the quality and well-being of the food.
A computerized system is able not only to track the production and packaging of the product "Fior di latte Napoli" produced by ICCA Spa, but also take "charge" of the origin of the cattle and accompany it during the sale and consumption, by the traceability platform ValueGo.
