University of Wolverhampton (UNITED KINGDOM): IT Futures is a funded project based within the School of Computing and IT at this university that assists local SMEs offering consultancy on technology evaluation, advice on bespoke and off-the-shelf solutions, training and web application development.

EuroFIR - European Food Information Resource AISBL (BELGIUM): is a member-based international non-profit association of food composition data compilers, expert users and stakeholders; it has been originated by the Network of Excellence EuroFIR, a funded project with the aim to harmonize European food composition databases (FCDB). Its primary mission is the development, publication and exploitation of food composition data and accompanying information in order to support and underpin research into food quality, food safety, and diet and health in Europe.

IFR - Institute of Food Research (UNITED KINGDOM): situated within the Norwich Research Park, its research is performed within Food Safety, Diet and Health, and Food Materials and Ingredients, leading the science for new solutions for wealth creation and improving the quality of life.

Treviso Tecnologia (ITALY): no-profit special agency for technological innovation established by the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso, supports local SMEs in the development of high-tech and innovative user-centred services and projects, provides training programmes  and information and technical support.

Santer Reply S.p.a. (ITALY): subsidiary company of Reply, provides solutions basedon new communication networks and digital media with focus on Healthcare, Nutrition and Local Public Administration sectors, and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) tools and services.

UPCT - Technical University of Cartagena (SPAIN): higher education institution that has a Electromagnetism and Telecommunications research group (GEAT) with focus on research activities in the field of Microwaves and Millimetre wave circuits applied to wireless and satellite communication systems.

University of Ljubljana (SLOVENIA):  educational institution with a Faculty of Computer and Information Science that manages fourteen research laboratories, among which LRA and CSSL (computer architecture, structures and systems) are specialized in intelligent RFID systems and wireless tracking.

University of Salento (ITALY): the Department of Engineering for Innovation, among many field of research, is active in the area of antennas (e.g. exposure to EM and wireless), radio propagation innovative models, time-domain reflectometry, integration of RFID systems with sensor networks and robotic applications.

University of Vigo (SPAIN): young and modern institution that has a Radio Systems research group with focus onmobile communications, Wireless LANs, point to multipoint networks and digitaltelevision (terrestrial, satellite) with a Radio Measurement Laboratory.
